My stay at the hotel was a mix of classic charm and pleasant surprises. The rooms need a few upgrades like a coffee machine and better-equipped frigo bar, but the junior suite I had was delightful. The location is bustling with shops and cafes, making it a vibrant choice. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were acceptable.

The service was accommodating, although some staff seemed a bit glum -- especially one working on Christmas Day. Overall, they were friendly and greeted guests warmly.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a block away from the bustling shopping streets like Via Roma and Via Ruggero Settimo, with plenty of shops and cafes around. It's a lovely place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.
